And the photography of  Doug Kranz

Doug Kranz is a Christian Photographer, Knowing that he is where he is today, only because of Christ. He attends Red Rock Baptist Church, and when he shoots NASCAR or NHRA events, he makes sure he makes time to attend services at the track. "Christ is the most important part in my life, with out the blood of Christ, my life would be meaningless." says Doug.

Doug is a second generation photographer, following in the footsteps of his father, Doug Sr, and his Uncle Don (B+D Photo, Oswego, NY). Doug has spent 5 seasons as the track photographer at Can-Am Motors ports Park, Three years at Thunder Alley Speed Park and Two at Adirondack International Speedway. Doug has also owned a small studio in Alexandria Bay, NY, and photographed countless sports tournaments and auto events. Now residing in Las Vegas, NV, with his wife, Becky,  Doug is perusing his photographic career as a sports wire photographer, enjoying photographing events like NHRA and NASCAR. Currently, He and his wife are track photographers for "The Strip" and the Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Doug has not always been behind the camera, Prior to becoming a photographer, he enjoyed many seasons as Poindexter the Circus Clown Working with such shows as Allen C. Hills GREAT AMERICAN CIRCUS, HENDRICKS BROTHERS CIRCUS, KELLY MILLER CIRCUS, and even DUFFY'S CIRCUS in Ireland. While Doug has created many memories for audiences across the world, he now enjoys the challenges of finding that "perfect picture" and providing memorable photographs and portraits.
